    A fee of $25.00 will be imposed for any early or late check-in 

~ Check-Out time is 11:00 am
    Sometimes late check-out may be available prior approval    is needed and a $25.00 fee will be charged

~ Smoking only in the "great outdoors"

~ No pets, please

~ Children accepted on an individual basis w/prior approval a fee of up to $20.00 per night may be imposed

~ We are with in walking distance to downtown
